Cloth Pads are as easy as using disposables, yet you don’t have to throw away and buy again.

Your cloth menstrual pads are very easily cared for. After use, soak in a container of cold water. Container does not need to be anything fancy, an old icecream container with lid can be used.

Once you are ready to put a wash load on, squeeze excess water out of your cloth menstrual pads and give them another small rinse under running cold water. It’s then as simple as throwing your cloth menstrual pads into the washing machine with all your other laundry and wash as per normal cycle. If you feel the need to re-use your soak water, you can pour it into your garden.

I recommend line drying, but you can tumble dry your cloth menstrual pads on a low/medium setting.
