ALL parcels are now sent using Aust Post click n Send with Tracking.
With the exception of letters.

If you require insurance, you have the option in checkout to add tracking and Signature, which covers you up to $100

 Parcels sent with no insurance will not be replaced or refunded should they go missing.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WELCOME
Shipping costs depend on weight and destination, I have added the UK and NZ  and there is an option for The rest of the world, which is a deposit ONLY.  Once your parcel is weighed and shipping calculated I will either refund you or invoice you for the balance.

Your items will be shipped promptly. In most cases within 48 hours, except for Customs (see customs page for details).

Returns

Bubba Moo is proud to provide a quality product. If you are not totally satisfied with your 'Bubba Moo' purchase, we will gladly exchange items within 14 days of the purchase date.

Custom orders are NON returnable due to items being specifically made to your specifications.

Seconds and Clearance items are sold as is, with no returns.

Please email me before returning the item.

Goods will only be exchanged if returned unwashed and unused. You will be responsible for postage, unless there is a fault with the product ( I will refund postage costs).

I stand behind all my workmanship and will repair any faults within 3 months of purchase, provided you have followed correct care instructions.

Custom orders

I will happily take on any custom orders, these can be discussed via email prior to making a purchase. Once purchased I would ask PLEASE do not make any changes, as I may have ordered in special fabrics or already cut fabrics for your order. There will be NO refunds in this instance.
